Shipping & Returns

We offer fast transportation all over the world. Welcome to collect this site and tell your friends and family, happy shopping!
1. When placing an order, you will immediately receive an order confirmation message. If you do not receive the confirmation email, contact us immediately.
2. Please confirm your shipping address before paying, it is better to leave the phone number to contact. Please provide a valid email address and check email after purchasing for any updated information.
3. Items are generally shipped within 12-24 hours after payment has been verified (Sat. & Sun. and most holidays excluded).
4. We usually use DHL, EMS, UPS or FedEx to deliver your items, directly to your home, please make sure you are at home when parcel arrived at your door.
5. Once we send out the package, we will send you the tracking number once it is available. Transit time package normally takes 5 to 10 days, depending on destination, holidays and factors out of the control of the postal service. If there is a little delay, please be more patient. Thank you so much for supporting us.

Exchange policy
1. We only allow a full refund for items that have problems caused by us.
2. We will accept exchanges for an incorrect size or color within 10 days from the original order shipment date. Please contact us with your order ID and order details that will help you. Comments now!
3. You must contact us before sending the items back, we will give you the correct return address. All items sent to our system must be in their original state i. is. not worn, modified or washed, with all the attached labels. Worn or dirty objects will be returned to you again.
4. We do not cover the shipping cost of exchanges, will be responsible for the return shipping costs and for postage shipping shipment of the items exchanged back to you. We recommend adding tracking and insurance for sending items to us for your own protection, as we can not be responsible for lost shipments. Shipping costs are not refundable.
5. Please send us the tracking number when you send the package again.

Returns Policy
1. We only allow return for items that have problems caused by us, hope your kind understanding.
2. You can return the products for a full refund (minus shipping costs) if it is open and in salable condition at the following address.
3. Write us with the return shipping address before sending the items back and let us know which products will be returned. Please ensure that the products are packaged securely. We can not accept responsibility for goods that are lost or damaged during the return process. We therefore ask that you ask for a certificate of posting when returning products by post. Once we have received the items, a refund will be issued within 14 days.
4. The goods must be returned within 7 days of the date-never worn receipt and contain all the original packaging and labels. We will credit your original payment method, with the exception of the 20% restocking / processing fee, the transport charge and transport charges against us are not refundable. All transport costs associated with the return of the goods are charged to the consumer.
